Order tags without leaving the platform
Raise an order, and each tag's reference is reserved the moment the order is placed — so the labels that arrive are already known to your account and ready to assign.

Scanning
Any camera opens the record
The QR resolves for anyone who scans it — the OS camera included. An operative lands in the app; anyone else sees the tag's public page. No special reader, no app required to look.

Replace & retire
Labels wear out. Records don't.
The physical label and the record have different lifespans, so the platform treats them differently.
Replace a label on site
A damaged label is swapped from the device in the corridor — the new tag carries the old one's whole history.
Decommission when the asset goes
When a door is taken out, the tag is retired with it. The record closes; it doesn't vanish.
